Any wine makers out there?
I recently started making wine ( like I really needed a new hobby) just got done with some awesome blueberry wine.
Any body want to share any wine making hint or recipes they have?

I mostly make wine from kits... There are some nice wine kits out now that make 5 or 6 gallons of pretty nice varietal wine.

Other than that I mainly make ciders. Which is kind of like wine, I guess.
