You ought to get on your species lists, we've only got 12 frogs in the state.  Here's a good website with a list, if you're curious as to what the other 11 are. http://dnr.wi.gov/org/land/er/herps/amphibians/
That would be either a Cope's Gray Tree Frog or an Eastern Gray Tree Frog, Hyla chrysoscelis or Hyla versicolor. They're pretty much identical, aside from their chromosomes. Versicolor is a tetraploid to chrysoscelis's diploid, if I remember right. They sound different, but I'm dead awful at distinguishing between sounds like that, and even then it's not reliable because they sound different at different temperatures too, unless both frogs are present and calling.
They're neat frogs, we used to find them on our house all the time, catching bugs that were attracted to the light. Nice photo, Brian!
