I honestly don't support or oppose his comments, but what happened to the right to freedom of speech? It seem to me freedom of speech is now a joke if you say anything controversial. I am not aware of any laws against racist language (not that I think what he said was racist), just crimes that were committed where race or gender preference was a factor (hate crimes). I think he was excercising his right to free speech and lost his job because of it which is my eyes is a great opening for a huge lawsuit for violation of freedom of speech. Granted, I am sure he was in an at will contract situation, but I think to fire him because pompass Al Sharpton didn't like what was said is clearly wrong. Just my .02
