A travel to rainforest

Hallo to everyone, there's a question i wanted to do from so much time. I would like to go visiting rainforest in Costa Rica or Panama and i was asking myself if there is a place for frog lovers. Anyone of you has some experiences with this kind of trip !? I've seen some places near Bocas del Toro in Panama but there are some stupid hotels for normal tourists, i mean is there any place for study Dendrobates and how much could cost it !?
I am from Italy so i wish you could say the main airport in Us that fly to Panama or Costa Rica. Thank you, i hope you understand me!

Try Contacting Brian Cubiki of the Costa Rican Bio Dome and he gives amphibiam tours, not sure how much, but its more then worth it from what i hear.
