Default Moving to Japan

Hi All,

I will be moving to Tokyo area before the end of the year due to work. I have 2xadult azureus and I wonder if anyone has experience/information of the possibility of taking them with me in the plane and clear customs both in US and Japan.
Probably the best for them will be to stay here but I became attached to them so any feedback would be appreciated if you have/heard something on this topic.

Thanks

from what i know Japan has pretty strict rules on darts, but i could be wrong, you will need import and export papers off course not sure if you need CITES too.

Yeah they are pretty hardcore with importing animals. My gf wanted to bring my cat to her house for a couple of months in Japan and we were told you have to register your cat with customs at least 1 month ahead of time and provide all proof of proper shots and then they are even quarantined in japan for an extended period. (they told us the entire process can take up to 6 months!)
