Exclamation Large Raw Spot

Hey guys. So last night I was misting my tank down that has some American Green Tree frogs and some Gray Tree frogs in it. I noticed that my oldest and largest Green tree frog has this rather large raw spot or possibly a blister on it. I checked my other frogs and they are all fine so I was wondering if anyone is able to help me out with what could be wrong with it. I suppose I should isolate it in case it's an infection of some sort. The frog likes to stay on the piece of wood that is right under the light so I was wondering if it was possible that it had given itself cancer as silly as it sounds. Anyways just the thoughts running through my mind. Any thoughts on what this might be and what I can do for it?

It's a Natural Daylight Fluorescent light. I've had the frogs in tanks with those lights for a couple years now but maybe it's the new tank setup that's bothering it. Like I said this one frog seems to like sitting on the piece of wood that's right under the light. So maybe it is a burn. Is there anything in particular I can do to help with this problem other than removing the piece of wood if it is a burn? It's not really possible to remove it since it goes from one side of the tank to the other and is foamed and siliconed in place on both sides and has some other pieces of wood attached to it as well.
