Default lethargic powderd blue?

I just picked up 2 powdered blue yesterday one is hopping around the other is a liittle more skinny and smaller in size and not that active unless you startle it . What do I do to make sure it gets back healthy. Should I feed it diffrently?

I know there is probably temptation to "startle" it to check that it can move fast but try not to. Most new animals do very well if you have minimal contact with them early on. Feed, water, mist and get out. Keep the area quiet.
