Am so down about losing one of my RETFs...it appeared sort of bloated when I first saw it this morning and it was sort of hanging partially in the waterbowl...I recognized that it was not normal behavior and immediately took it out of the tank. It was very lethargic...but I put it into a container of room temperature distilled water...it eventually died, poor thing...and interestingly enough after it died, the bloating was not apparent...it had never shown any signs of disease or discomfort...since there is another, probably a female, in the same tank...am wondering what may have happened and whether to expect the same issue....and so that disappointment started off my day real well...but worse for the frog for sure....any imput would be appreciated... Thanks...

Sorry to hear about your lose
Looks like severe bacterial infection.
Could be triggered by anything,wrong temp,humidity or diet.stress etc just dbl check if all of them are at norm and stable.

thanks for your imput...the one remaining RETF appears to be fine...so bacterial issues may be moot...so probably will never know. Thanks again...
