Male Giant Orange

I have a breeding pair of Giant Oranges about 4yrs old . About a week ago I noticed the male looked a little thin so ai was watching very close at feeding time, he seemed rather lethargic and has continued to lose weight. Since he is not feeding a fecal is out of the question, I thought about a possible blockage and wondered if anybody had any advice on trying to bring him around.

well, i would defintely setup a hospital tank and take him out of his current tank, try and run some fecals on him, also if you can get your hands on some termites, wax worms, fly larvae, flour beetle larvae that would be great as these are all high in fat and can help him put some weight back on.
