Do I want the concrete acrylic fortifier or the concrete primer/bonding agent?

Bonding aggent. You'll love this stuff if you use it right way! I like to filter out the peat and coco fiber so it makes like a clay to use. Good luck!

Is the bonding agent water-proof? Instead of using it for the background could you use it to create a water feature?
