Reed frog breeders and care?

Anyone know of a reputable reed frog breeder? I saw one at pet store and he is healthy looking, they want $17.99 for him. Is that a good price or a ripoff. Also, what is the care for them, is it similar to dart frogs?

As for reed frog breeders, there's not too many. Cathy Weirts (Bill Weirts' wife) breeds Hyperolius mitchelli. Andrew Attea breeds Heterixalus alboguttatus. Aaron handzlik deals with a few reeds I believe.
