Default Imitator eggs on side of glass.......

The two eggs that my imitators produced were layed vertically on a leaf and the other on the glass. I know it is very common for imitators to pick veritical surfaces to lay on. But I was wondering if it was more likely the tads would slide down the glass to there death or for the male to pick them up?

Our imitators laid all four clutches on the glass. After debating what to do and getting feedback from the board, I finally took a razor blade and very carefully removed them and put them in a petri dish. They seemed to do okay with the removal.

Thats interesting. I didnt know that they would lay clutch after clutch like that. I figured they didnt do that unless you pulled there last clutch or took there tads. Mabey mine have some more to go.
