Default clogged mister heads

I have the brass metal kind. They seem to clog up within a few weeks and I havent figured out a way to unclog them.

Can anyone offer me some suggestions.

Thanks!
Adam

try soaking them in vinegar.

What kind of water are you using for misting? Sounds like water with tons of minerals in it. You might want to switch to something else.

RO water has no minerals in it, or you are using additives in it. Otherwise I think it’s the RO itself. Copper dissolve in RO water. Make a test for several weeks with normal tap water outside the tank. If they don’t clog up you now that it is the RO.
