Default blood worms for vent tads

I have been feeding my vent tads a mixture of chlorella and stinging nettles so far but have been thinking about also giving them some blood worms. How do you guys like them for vents.

I feed frozen bloodworms once a week. I thaw them in springwater. Then, using tweezers, feed each tad a few worms. Smaller tads get a single worm. They usually get their water changed the next day.
