Hi Dave,

Living in Seattle, you should be able to take advantage of the excellent collection of the University of Washington Library. The UW catalog is located at: http://catalog.lib.washington.edu/search/ and their visitor access policy is located at: http://www.lib.washington.edu/services/visitors.html I would assume they would have access to many of the journal articles at the very least. Good luck!
