Default In the planning stages of a new vivarium, would like some input

Ok, so near the beginning of 2009, my wife and I are moving to Charleston, SC, and I figured this was a great time to jump back into the hobby, and maybe even start up a business of building vivariums. That being said, the first thing I will need is a nice display to show off what can be achieved in this hobby.

That being said, I'm planning on building a 36"x36"x48" enclosure. With an enclosure this big, I might as well go with a biotope, which will hopefully also help since I want to combine a terrestrial and arboreal species together. I think with an enclosure this large this is possible.

So, what area would be a good candidate for a biotope here? Here's what I need to find (and I realize this may sound impossible)

1) Two species of frogs co-habit, one terrestrial and one arboreal.
2) Foliage is attainable
3) Frogs are preferably bold.

I figure the easiest thing to do is choose the arboreal frog first, and I was thinking D. pumilio "bastimentos" first, but then I found out that they're not really arboreal, so I don't know if I would have territorial problems. I had also considered a Costa Rican biotope since that would be easy, but I'm completely open to other ideas.

Keep in mind that this will be my first adventure into thumbnails, but I am experienced in the hobby and am not afraid to try out an intermediate-advanced thumbnail since this will be my only display setup.

So, if you were setting up something like this, what area would you use as a biotope?

Edit: Looks like my last build thread got lost, but Marty has some pics of it on the Mist King website

I have personally considered doing one based on Huallaga Canyon Peru. Lots of diversity there. There are some great frogs from the region.
