Default agression between a breeding pair

OK so I was feeding my shep island pumilio today (proven pair), as usual the female came bounding out before I had even finnished tapping flies into the terrarium.

After I had got around the tanks I came back to watch the sheps eat (my favourite frogs in the collection) well the male came out and not 30 seconds after the female attacked him jumping all over trying to pin hm down ect ect.

Has any one else noticed agression between a pair like this?

the terrarium is 24"x12"x15" HxWxD and like I said its a proven pair I am talking about so there's no danger of them being 2 males.
