How old is old for thumbnails?

I've seen this question in relation to the larger species, but how old is old for thumbnails? Who has old thumbs, and how old are they?

With some of mine getting up there in age, I've been holding back just in case...but I'm just curious to see how long everyone else's live, in general.

An excellent question as most people respond to age questions on dart frogs with examples of auratus, etc. understandbly so given the early entry of those species into the hobby.

You may need to throw your question into Frognet since I suspect that the individuals who have the best perspective don't frequent this board.

Going by what I've heard from Tor... he's got at least one group of thumbs over 10 years - original imports. I wouldn't be suprised if these guys live just a long as the bigger guys.

I think I recall Nabors saying one of his most productive retic pairs was imported in the 90's as well...this was a year or two ago.
