Yikes, those look like they were soaked in bleach or lye before being cooked.

I hate to say it but frog legs are delish. The only ones that I have eaten were farm raised if that makes you feel any better.

well, on the one hand, I do believe animals were given to us for food, and I don't think darts are at risk of being eaten...

but on the other hand, we should be protective of the creatures under us, and that includes frogs----there is no excuse for overharvesting anything to the point of extinction---heck, that is largely the reason that darts are endangered as we speak.
