i use rep cal and herptipvite 1-1 3 times a week
i use nekton rep roughly 1 time per month

vitimin a can be toxic in built up amounts nekton uses "vitamin A (retinol)" i prefer some thing that uses Beta Carotene
hope that helps clear up what i said

Vitamin A (retinol) is toxic to PDFs above certain amounts, so supplements that use retinol as the vitamin A source should be used sparingly. We use supplements here that use beta carotene (not toxic to PDFs, they convert it to vitamin A as needed) as the source for vitamin A as the supplement used regularly with feeding.
