Since you haven't already bought frogs, you might want to go ahead and get a culture of fruit flies and try culturing them for a week or two before you get frogs. It will give you an accurate idea of how hard it will be to sustain food for your frogs. Similarly, since you won't have frogs, you can experiment with the cultures like putting them in places that have different temperatures and seeing which produce the most. Once you've gotten a steady food supply, go ahead and get your frogs.
