Question delete/edit classified posts.

would be nice if a person, the one who posts the ad could delete if thier frogs are sold or some one be able to write sold in the header if the ad. also if the op could gray out/delete the frogs sold. this can be done but in a certain time correct. could give the op a private password/code so they could do this.

They are left in place for Vendor Feedback purposes.

But moderators are able (allowed) to edit their availabilities. It would be nice to just add SOLD in red beside the ones that are no longer available. Perhaps just allowing the op to edit the original post long term. This goes for titles too. I see moderators have updated dates on their frog room posts, but others don't. I would assume moderators don't want hundreds of requests to edit for them?

One of the reasons, we lost the long term ability to edit threads was due to a number of people making posts and then changing the post as an argument went on......

Have it double post the original post. Where the first post is locked and the second post can be edited to note sales or price changes. Not sure if this system allows it.

And posting a second post indicating it....no one reads those. I gave up asking for people to only email me. I would constantly get private messages when I asked for emails. So if the first post doesn't get read....not likely the following ones will. Short rant over.

We have locked classifieds at the OP's request in the past. Individual edits would inundate an already small crew of Mods.
