You may need to tinker with your settings - if you want to be sure to have domains you will accept email from noted and then the programs you will allow through your firewall.

I don't use norton, but you should be able to research problems with a release of software online.

It is always important to look at your isp as Kyle said and look at the browser. I have customers who need to use their broadband connection and go through internet brower instead of signing onto aol then doing their searches and typically our customers don't get emails from us in aol unless they specifiy the domain.

I can tell you right now AOL blocks everything. I would not recommend anyone using them for email. Not a chance I will be able to fix AOL either. Ive tried in the past to call, and email them and they never respond.

Hotmail is another one that is overly digressive but I believe there is a way to add dendroboard to your white list.

I personally stopped using RR email a couple of years ago due to their overly aggressive filters.

Any company that simply blackholes and does not even inform their users somethine was block is out of line in my opinion. Hell RR even blocked my technet emails from Microsoft. Nothing like blocking information on patches and etc...

I think the minor issues we had are corrected and for anyone with issues still I recomend gmail.

I switched my email to gmail, and now its working! thanks Kyle
