Default Whats up with this?????

why am i getting this message?? Or is everyone getting it?

Dear Members & Guests,

As part of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, online service provides, such as DendroBoard.com, have been given the opportunity to register as Safe Harbors for the reporting of copyright infringement. As a registrant DendroBoard.com has joined many other well known ISP in protecting any "information residing, at direction of a user, on a system or network that the service provider controls or operates." A list of all registered agents is displayed at http://www.copyright.gov/onlinesp/list/index.html.

As a policy, DendroBoard.com strictly forbids each member from posting any copyrighted or possibly copyrightable materials, including but not limited to articles, writings, images, and artwork. Due to the large amount of traffic DendroBoard.com encounters, checking the sources of each posted text and image is virtually impossible. Registration with under the DMCA assists DendroBoard.com and all of its users protect those within our community, by making the rapid reporting of infringement extremely easy.

If you are aware of any infringing works that are posted on any section of DendroBoard.com, including but not limited to the forums or galleries, please immediately report this to copyright@dendroboard.com. Any report will be immediate forwarded to the correct authorities, as well as the infringed party(s). Although DendroBoard.com cannot often discover the true identity of infringing members, because these unwelcome persons hide behind generic email accounts (IE: Hotmail.com, Yahoo.com, etc.) and broadband ISPs, infringed parties will often have the full support of these email companies and ISPs to reveal the true identities of the infringer.

Sincerely,

DendroBoard Administration

Isn't this a violation of themselves if you were unaware. I would think that to be llegal.
