2009 Vivarium Contest

To bring in the new year lets start with a Vivarium Contest.

Please send in pictures of your best Viv to: contest@dendroboard.com

*Current Vivariums only please*

Pictures should be under 150kb and no larger than 800x600.

The winner will receive a one year TWI Membership.
If you are already a TWI member a donation will be made on your behalf for the price of the membership.

We will accept submissions until Feb 28th.

That could be pretty funny ! Ive seen some bad ones

I wish this contest is till march!!! Is that possible? It will be March break and then i can finish my first vivs!

There will hopefully be a 2010 contest also.... I have a beast planned.

Any chance there might be a few categories (size perhaps) or is it "winner takes all? I have a couple 29 gallon bow-fronts I'm pretty proud of, but it would would be hard to compete with some of the whopper vivs I have seen here over the years.

Oh, and thanks for throwing such a fun contest. Even if I don't enter, I know I will enjoy stealing many awesome ideas for my next project.

Im hoping to get the contests a little more regular, my schedule has had months going by without me really realizing it...

While the vivarium contests will not be as often I try to mix them in.

Right now I think we can just keep it open to all, maybe with a later contest we can put a limit or range on the size. I can tell you from past contests and pictures I have seen that even smaller vivs can be amazing.

is there going to be a way we can see all the pics that have been entered in the contest? or atleast when the contest is over see the top viv pics?

Are we limited to entering one viv only? and are we limited to posting just 1 pic of that viv or each viv to highlight various aspects of it/them?

Basically is it a viv contest, or a viv photo contest?
