I love the nailheads visible in the feet. That whole piece just screams "classy"!

LOL, it was a real frog, yes. A cane toad, as someone mentioned. i have 2 of them and will probably get more. My husband goes to Nicaragua in the summers and brings me back frog-related items. I have gotten paintings in the past that I really liked. I have various frog knick-knacks on my desk, and this is one of them.

Yes tacky, but I tell ya, I used to have a whole orchestra of the green ones, one can find them still at garage sales and flea markets, and although odd, they are conversation pieces. They have them sitting at bars drinking and serving as well as ones with litle hats...............
