Default Suggestions?

I'm getting back into PDF breeding after my green sip pair never bred and the confirmed male never started calling (I sold them at a discounted price because I figured since they weren't a proven pair that would be a rip-off if I sold them as such). Anyways, my father's leuc ("Danny Aiello" is why we named him) started calling about two weeks ago, and since he lives in a tank in my father's office, he has been quite the singer during conference calls and meetings. I have purchased a female who will be arriving on Wednesday and hopefully if all works out I will be producing leuc froglets in the next couple of months.

Anyways, I had a question I would like to ask: I have a 10 gallon tank and a 20L tank that previously housed dart frogs and I was thinking of cleaning them out and redesigning them to fit a sexed pair of two different species/localities of dart frog. I was thinking tincs for the 20L, but I have no clue what to put in the 10 since I've mostly heard that it's a bad idea to have a sexed pair in such a small space. Thumbnails maybe? Or should I skip out on the 10 gallon altogether?

For the 20L I was also thinking of maybe doing some terribilis but again I was unsure if the space would be sufficient.

What would be some recommendations for each of those two tanks? I am up for any suggestions so long as a sexed pair of the suggestion wouldn't be super ridiculously expensive (for example a sexed pair of blue jeans is out of the question for that and multiple other reasons), won't break my back to get them to breed in most likelihood (I don't mind a little extra work, but I would not like to kill 20 egg clutches to get incubation right, etc.), and I would also like something that will be of interest to other hobbyists so that I am not stuck with hundreds of froglets that need homes. I am not in it for the money, I just would hate to see so many froglets not being given away to good homes, you know?

If tincs seem like a good idea for the 20L, I would love some ideas for morphs to work with (there are so many I lose track of all of them). My favorite color combos (naming the two primary colors, doesn't include details like spots or other patterning, etc.) are blue with yellow, green with blue/black/red, and red with blue/black. Sorry for the novel of a post, everyone. I just want to make sure I cover as many details as I can.

Default Re: Suggestions?

My two "cents"...

10 gal, make it a vert and go with thumbs--personally I think variabilis "highlands" are pretty cool and they seem to breed well. Cost effective, if breeding can produce many froglets and also are great thumbs in general. Mine are bold!

For the 20 Long, I'd go with Tincts either "citronella" or "patricia"--thus meeting the yellow/blue color combo you like.
