Default up side down

I have been on this site quite a while now. My post count does not mirror my 2005 membership, but Im on almost everyday and read quite a bit. So when my intermedius did this it was a surprise to me so I did a search and did not find much of anything.
They laid their first fertile clutch after 2.5 years; inside a film canister laying at a 45, but the eggs were layed on the top (inside). So they were basically upside down. One is developing but starting to turn on its side. So I am wondering if I should remove it. I was going to let them raise their first, but it being upside down is worrying me....... any ideas???
