pumilio fighting?

pumilio fighting? my golden pumilio started fighitng today, the female is beating the crap out of the male, he cant even run form her. she death grips him around the neck. so i splited them today, im going to introduce a new male tonight and see what she dose.
sadly i think my other breeding group did this also when i was at naac. my mother said she saw this but cant remember what tank. i cant find the male in that tank so im thinking the worst

I myself had had frogs fight many times and usuall i give them 2 days or so to settle it out , which they always do....... How many do yu have per tank and how big are the tanks ?

found the male
all are in pairs and are in there own 18x18x24 exo terras (33gals)

so far the new male she ignoring and hes watching her. the old male need to recover hes beat up pretty bad (in the process she cut herself on some wood, but looks to scabed over)

The only time I seen that with my pumilio, the Solarte , female had the male in a headlock like yours , I found eggs the next day . It was in the first week they were together , And I haven't seen it since .
