The auratus and tincs will breed in their own time after they are 12-18 months. The leucs are considered seasonal (they don't breed for a solid part of a year) but will do it in their own time as well, and determine their own schedule, you really just need to sit back and wait.
Cycling frogs involves a few months to half a year of a "dry" cycle, a couple weeks won't do anything useful. Also, if you are trying to get them to breed, you want to feed them more and better to get them in good condition. I do not recommend a change in amount fed, but rather a change of the staple food item being fed as in the wild the available food items change with the seasons.
