Rep-Cal and Herptivite

How long should I keep these before I need new ones? I"ve had these for awhile the exp date is Dec 2010. I just want to do the best for my Dart Frogs

The general rule of thumb is about 6 months. As a side note you will probably get quicker responses if you podt in thforum and not in blog.
