Visa from indonesia

Did not want to post this in the forum. No real reason :-)
Does any one know any information on who to contact on how to get a visa for a person from indonesia.
LOng story short. Butch and I have been frequenting a Japanese Steakhouse ( awesome food) and have made friends with a worker there. Great guy here on a Visa for two more year. Actually from indonesia. He want to get his wife a visa to come over. We offered to help in any way that we can. Going to contact a couple Lawyers on monday and see what they can do. Where else can I start?
