...but I'm not ready to go to bed yet, so here I am!
I had the day off from work today, so I spent some time with the frogs. I'm still watching for hind legs to start forming on my first set of azureus tadpoles...but not seeing them yet. I'm finding it really interesting how variable the tad's growth rates are so far. The very first tad to hatch from his egg is currently about 1/3 the size of one of his siblings, who hatched about 3 weeks later.
I'm in the process of administering Panacur to all of my frogs. Since joining ASN, I've realized how lax my quarantine protocol has been, so I'm working on improving that...including performing fecals on everybody. I was surprised to find eggs or worms in every sample I've run!
I really should go to bed now...I'm not going to enjoy getting up in 5 hours for work! See you next time!
