Default how many younger members are out there?

I'm curious to find out how many youger members are on the boards, so I created this thread. I mean younger as if your still in junior high to high school. You don't have to post your age, but you can if you want to you. If you reply to this thread, you don't have to tell anything about your life, but if you want to you can. I wouldn't reccomend it though, because this forum is very public.

Hello, my name is Josiah. I have two D. tintorius azureus, And I think poison dart frogs are the best kind of herp ever!

EDIT: Thanks coxdre123!

You might want to post your age. This post may become a little creepy to others if you don't. Don't want to go into too much detail because I know how old you are. See you at SCADS!

Hello! I am in high school. I only have one dart frog right now, though.. Which is good for right now, I kindof get distracted by other things like my other hobbies and sports...

Hello folks,

Please do NOT post your last names and or references to your age.

There is actually a rule on this board that you must be 18 to use it (or have parental consent). So - don't put us in a position of having to contact parents please.

And it's NEVER a good idea to include too much contact information (Last Name and Location together) in a public forum. If you need to share this information - share it privately.

This post is coming off as a bit creepy in a pedifile kind of way.I know some younger members on here and would not want my kids to answer these questions.Just my opinion!

Actually, I agree Lou. BUT - it's a good thing for younger members of the community to know each other - but not exactly an easy thing to facilitate.

I had mentioned sharing information privately rather than publicly. I'll add that I wouldn't share information privately until you have a very good idea of exactly who it is you're talking to.

It's a fine line - but I DO think it's a good idea for the younger folks to talk with each other.

May I add that if anyone sends questionable PMs to you younger folks (or older folks) that you should contact a Mod asap (and your parents).
