At 3-5 months your terribilis should be decent size so it probably wouldn't be an issue to place them directly into their permanent home. One downside is that young terribilis tend to hide a lot initially when moved to a new setup and become a bit bolder as they grow older and more used to their home. So you may not see them much and wonder if they are getting enough to eat or staying healthy. Terribilis are pretty much eating machines so that shouldn't be a problem.
So you could compromise by obtaining a plastic shoebox, lining it with moist sphagnum moss and keeping them there for a week or so to monitor their feeding, etc.
You may just want to correspond with the seller and ask them for their advice, based on what they have seen with their terribilis froglets/juvis and/or received as feedback from other customers.
Good luck!
