How do you clean the inside of the glass?

I am getting near the completion of my tank, and I am just wondering how do you clean the inside of your glass? I have a couple little traces of Silicone left over after scraping it off also that I would like to get off, even though you can't really notice it. I'm assuming that something like Windex would be bad, even if you only spray it on the cloth.

White vinegar and water. Anything that it won't take off should be scraped with a razor blade.
