New tank check pls

Hi All

Now realise the tank is not as pretty as most, but in the uk its murder to get things for darts where i am, plus as long as the frog are happy.
Can anyone recomend any changes that would be better for the frogs.

*the bottom of the tank will have leaf litter and sprintails tommrrow

I got the moss from a dartfrog website but does not state what it is, should be fine for 3-4 lecs?

I like that! Love the second level with a hut. Oh and the background! Very cool. I was going to suggest leaf litter but I see you've got that covered. Maybe a few more viny things to provide cover for the leucs.

I'm just getting ready to build my first as well and I must say that yours is very nice. From what it sounds like you've done an excellent job for having limited available resources.

I also love the second level, but I'd suggest that you put a petri dish inside as an egg-laying site for the frogs. You might also consider adding more bromeliads - a great place for the frogs to breed, play hide-and-seek..

Try plating them over the hut - they will enjoy that a lot!

Thanks guys feel much better now, Was trying to increase the surface area with the second level also giving them somewhere else to go. Hopefully the two ground plants will fill the tank in a couple of months. Will go get another brom and a peri dish. Now to get this FF culturing right and ill go get the darts

Just ordered 5 FF cultures as back and have 2 tubs of springs on the go

Thank again guys was kinda shy as there are some incredible tanks on here.

For those wondering about the second and third level

I got some eggcrate and measured the second level with and with another bit of eggcrate did the height ( imagine a upsidedown L shape ) I had some free exo terra vines going spare so cut them to size and pined one end through the background and the other into the soil. Weaved another vine through the surface of the second level and dug it into the soil for support (upsidedown U shape)
Covered with Moss, tropical sheet moss and Sphagnum Moss hope it helps
