Default Frog questions

Hey,

So i've had my frogs for about two weeks and they are doing great but I have a couple of questions...

First questions... I have two types of auratus and they are in ten gallon quarantines with loads of hiding places, they are all eating with no problems and seem great but they are always climbing on the glass, is this normal or is it an indication of something that needs to be changed. There are no other indications of stress as far as i can tell.

The other question I have is regarding the eating habits of one of my vents. I have one known male and what i suspect is two females (who i had to separate due to fighting) anyways i have one really fat one and she is ALWAYS eating. is this normal? The viv is seeded with springs but i have been supplementing the springs because i think she is going to wipe out the population and i also feed dusted fruit flies once or twice a day depending on my schedule. She gobbles them up as soon as they are infront of her.

I am probably worrying over nothing but since i am still a beginner i figured it was better to ask now than regret later.

THANKS!
Georgia

climbing on the glass is normal. All my frogs do it when they're introduced to a new tank, no matter how big it is. I think it's part of the exploring every nooke thing.

As far as the eating thing, I'd let her eat. If she starts getting obese you may have to monitor more closely what she's eating, but as long as she seems to be an acceptible weight I wouldn't worry about it.

So far i dont think shes too big and i think they're still pretty young so i wont worry about it too much.

Thanks again,
Georgia
