Default Now that i have my ultrasonic humidifier...

I checked my timer out, and its minimum time you can have is 15mins, this is a bit long in my unexperienced opinion.

I assume it would drop the temps in the tank a fair bit over 15 long minutes.

Are there any you know of that has a smaller time scale?

I want to have the fog on until the tank is filled (4ft tank, 60uk gallons) and i know itll take alot less than 15mins.

Id like to do this in the morning and at night before lights out.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

They still sell hydroponic supplies there, right? I am sure you can find one, and if not, hop in the tunnel and head for the NL

Try searching specifically for a hydroponic one that may help you get some better results.

If you live in the US....

Wal-Mart intermittantly carries a dual grounded electronic timer made by Brinks for around $16. Be sure to get this version, as they have several others that do not this short of a timing interval. It has a 1 minute interval and works quite well--I have it set to mist for 3 minutes, three times a day.

This timer, a Vicks ultrasonic humidifier, and some PVC fittings, and you're in business.
