Default new construction

i just redid my 50 gl tank,i added some gravel i had left over from a ciclid tank above the hydroton, and in my ater area. I just remembered that I had added crushed coral to it to raise the ph for the ciclids. Is ths going to be a problem for my frogs? I have a coule sip. tincts. i have the background and partially planted already. i really need to know if this is going to harm the frogs.thanks in advance for any help

The water won't be a high enough pH to be harmful. Crushed coral usually buffers water to around 8pH. The frogs won't stay in the water all day anyway, but if they did it's still not going to be harmful.

Would the frogs be in direct contact with the crushed coral? Is it smooth, or sharp?

Crushed coral is not "sharp" but it's not as smooth as river rock or similar... I don't think the frogs would injure themselves, but it's something to think about.

o.k i moved my frogs into the new tank.long story about the 50 gl. i had 4 sip. tincts. in the tank originally.i had them in there 4 about 4 yrs. 2 died within days. soi took out the remainding 2 and quireented them in a 10 gal. also sucked ou any remainding tads. 1 survived. i have him in a seperate tank. so the 2 original frogs have been in a 10 gal for the last couple of months. no problems.
i just released them into the new tank and there fighting, amplexis. i just saw both of them callling so i have 2 males. i didnt think the males did this. do i have to worry about drowning ? the pool water is a little dep. maybe 2-3 in. ?
