Default D. auratus morph questions

1.) Are D. auratus 'blue and bronze' and D. auratus 'turquoise and bronze the same morph?

2.) How many "...bronze" auratus morphs are there?

Ehhhhh.... kinda have to disagree there. The "blue and bronze" come from green and bronze lineage - Patrick says so himself on his site. The "turquoise" auratus are a complex of various selectively bred from imports of unknown lineage.... super blues, blue and bronze, turquoise and bronze, are all variations of this complex. The animals can range from almost purely green (hard to tell they aren't green until you see them side by side with a true green) to the powdery blue of the blue and blacks, and everything in between... their background markings can be solid black to the palest bronze (tho these are much older animals... they don't get that really gorgeous bronze until 2+ years old) and the amount of coloring can be heavy on the green/blue or heavy on the black/bronze... all within one clutch.

Super blues and blue and bronzes are animals that were/are being bred to produce as many similar looking animals as possible. Super blues still produce plenty of green animals, and the blue and bronzes are just as likely to do it as well.

Outside of the Pamana FR imports, you've got the highland bronze... its an importation of the Brikhan line bronze from Europe. It's a highland form.

Within the Panama FR imports, you've got the turquoise bronze variations... some lines look similar to the birkhan line bronzes but they are actually lowland forms and also not nearly as consistant. Generally you've got the turquoise complex with it's various shades and lines, and the green and bronzes... more uncommon than the turquoise, as there are very few that bred true green, lots turned out to just be the green end of the spectrum turquoises
