Males are usually fine growing up together, but having more than one female is usually a problem. One will become dominant, and the other females will eat less, grow more slowly, hide more, and be stressed. Unfortunately, this happens even before the frogs can reliably be sexed. Having said that, you can raise them as a group, keeping a close eye on them, and removing any frog that seems to not be keeping pace.
