The same folk that wrote Poison Frogs Professional Breeders series, which is a rather nice hand book of information, have written a larger tome Poison Frogs-Biology, species & Captive Husbandry, which was supposed to be available in the summer of 2005, but has still not been published to date. I'm on the notification list and check back regularly, but it still isn't available, at least in the US. This will be rather costly. (Around $150.00) You can check it out at http://www.zoobooksales.com Other than Jewels of the Rain Forest mentioned above, which is outdated, but has great photos, I also have Dendrobatidae-Poison frogs-The fantastic Journey through Ecuador, Peru, Columbia. This is in three volumes and was also rather expensive. The photos and adventures are great reading, but the practical information is scattered. It is not an organized "how-to" set by any means. (Christman, Siegfried P., Liebl Druck, Munich, 2004.)
