If they are nearly full grown, have been kept as a pair by the breeder, arrive lively and healthy appearing, why not just introduce them to the tank you have set up for them? If it is 30 gallons or under, and not overgrown, you'll be able to keep pretty good track of them, as they are usually bold frogs if healthy, will eat well, and will be good sized. I usually quarantine everything separately myself, but in this case, I'm not sure there is a need for it, especially since you won't be keeping them separately in quarantine, anyway.
I did quarantine my own azureus pair together in a 10 gallon for a while. They arrived very cold and immobile, so at first, I thought they were dead. However, with a bit of warming, they came right back to "life" within 30 minutes, and immediately began hop around and eat, with no further consequences.
