Default Fine points for Leucs and Galacts

So I'm getting some additions and would like to make sure I've got the fine points down.

First for the Leucs:

Trio in a 20H sound good? I usually do a pair in a 20H, but I know Leucs are more agreeable to groups, that's why I ask.

They tend to use the height of the tank as well as the ground space, yes? I'll be putting them in one of my tanks that has the ground built up and a small pool of water in it, this water doesn't move except then I siphon from it.

Anything special about them liking it more wet, dark, cooler/warmer?...

For the Galacts:

I've read a few things on here about these guys in particular, but the information is sparce and somewhat conflicting. I'm getting a probable pair and they'll be going in a 25g that has a water feature. That's about as far as I've gotten with the design of it. I vaguely remember them liking lots of cover, so it'll be densly planted.

I also remember reading they like it wet, dark and kinda cool, yes? Since they are close to breeding age, I'll be watching for eggs. From my understanding the eggs do best with little/no light, but are the tads canabilistic in nature? What about breeding technique, anything "special" these guys need aside from the lots of food/place to lay/heavy misting?

Ok, I think that's it. There's a whole lot there, sorry for the length, I just want to make sure I'm kosher on the fine points before I start building tanks a planning stuff.

I have a 2.1 trio in a 29 gallon and they get along pretty well. When the male starts calling the females often wrestle but if i notice it I just spray em or drop some flies in to break it up. Food is usually more interesting to them. They don't ever seem stressed so I don't really worry about it. They don't climb as much when they are adults so having the substrate built up will help give them some extra space. Sometimes they can be seasonal breeders. Mine took a few months off in the winter but thats good for em anyway. Leucs were my first frogs and are still one of my favorites. They have alot of personality and are fun to watch. Good luck with em.

Hi, I have a unsexed pair of Luecs. about 6 months old in a 20 gallon tall. They are pretty bold to say the least. I tried a while back to add 2 Auratus-lost them both  I think they were just to shy for the Leucs, anyway I`ve never had much luck mixing. Now my 2 Luecs. have the whole tank to them selves and they could`nt be happier Good luck, John.

I have a group of 3 orange splash back galactonotus, all females, that I've had in the 135 gallon paludaium for about 6, going on 7 years. They are great, bold frogs, and seem to display a kind of "intelligence" and curiosity, which none of my other darts has ever done. I'm acquiring 3 more adults to add to them this spring after I revamp the paludaium somewhat, just to goose them up a bit and see if I can observe some breeding behavior if I luck out and get a male in the group. Of all of the frogs I've kept, they have been among the most entertaining, other than the breeding groups of imitators, which is a different kind of behavior. The galacs seem to be interested in what is going on outside of their tank, as well as inside, an actually appear to recognize different people. Their paludarium is on a divider between the kitchen and living room, and they will line up and appear to watch us while we are cooking and eating. This is just an impression and some anthropomorphizing of them that has occurred over the 6 years they've been virtually family members because of their unique location in the middle of the action. They will sometimes go out on the floating leaves in the aquarium portion and compete with the fish for fallen-in fruit flies, and one actually caught and ate a platy fish fry once that I observed.
