The National Aquarium in Baltimore has several, and from what I hear they have a pretty extensive collection behind the scenes. I remember one large exhibit before the "rainforest level" containing galacts, castis, and phyllomedusa (but last time I went the only galact I saw was dead in the water feature I think
) Then they have around 4-5 vivs upstairs which are nice. My favorite dart exhibit though is the whole open rainforest part up top. Most people don't know it, but there are actually live anthonyi or tricolor (I don't know which) living loose up there. It's very cool. I can hear them all over, but before I thought it was just recorded or a bird call. There is one spot where I am able to find 1-2 every time I go, it must be a favorite hang out spot. I think I heard that at one point they were so prolific that they were finding froglets/ tads down in the part where the excess water drains in the basement part or something. There was a thread on it in the lounge section, I have pics in there.
