Default Is it a dwarf?

Hi all,

I have 2 breeding pairs of leucomelas. For the first time, I pulled eggs masses and hatched 6 tadpoles. 5 of the 6 morphed with no problems, and are doing great. The 6th one seems to be a dwarf though. It has stopped growing and still looks like a little froglet, although he is eating and doing great. Is this genetic, or a defect like MBD? I havent seen this before, although I am fairly new to breeding. Any ideas?

Thanks!
