If you go on Dendrobates.org you will see a list and many images of species of darts that exist, however many may not be available in the hobby.

As far as frogs that look similar to that one, I would have to say P. bicolor, however they are a large dart as far as darts go. In terms of thumbnail size frogs, I would say pumilio would be your best best to find soemthing that size and color, in specific look at el dorado pumilio.
