I'm not so sure your lime is gonna be a major issue but the manure bothers me. I personally would not use a mix with manure in it. I know its a fertilizer but what bothers me is that this type of thing may not be safe to use in a closed container. These mixes are intended for gardens and whatnot.

Also, I use Perlite in all my substrate mixes and don't see why people mention it as a precaution(Harry isn't the first). Its completely inert. I guess if you have terribilis that could possibly ingest it, that would be an isse but everyone should have leaf litter or something covering the substrate anyhow. Hrrrmmmm...
