Well, if you are just starting out with a 10g tank I would recomend a couple of Auratus rather than Azureus. For making your own fruit flies I would get the mix and starter cultures for Josh's forgs here is the link:

you can get some reusable cups from Walmart or any store. What I did was cut a hole on the top of the lids and got some thick packaging foam to use for the ventalation holes. Good luck and welcome Again to the Addiction!
